If you are not eligible for a free attorney and have some ability to pay an attorney, you will be referred to a reduced fee attorney referral program where attorneys charge on a sliding scale based on your income. Helpline operates in collaboration with the Massachusetts Office of Elders Affairs and Volunteer Lawyers Project of Boston.
